4.0 Operations
4.1 General Operations
On sign-up, you are able to fly the Boeing B737s. As you progress with hours and the company earns profit, you will be allowed to fly larger aircraft. For more information on ranks, see 4.6: Ranks and Awards.
4.4 Codeshare Flights
Although not in operation as of yet, it is a future plan for Flyenvrio to introduce codeshare flights. It will give Flyenvrio pilots a chance to fly more routes. Keep checking the website and forums for more information.
4.5 Charter Flights
As well as the normal scheduled flights, you will be able to fly seasonal flights depending on the season. The charter destinations will be announced just before they go into action to give pilots time to prepare. All charter flights will be in the form of FE****. Destinations depend on the season.
4.6 Ranks
All pilots are ranked depending on how much hours they have logged. On joining Flyenvrio, you will be allowed to fly the Boeing B737s. Hours only start at zero and cannot be transferred from virtual airlines. However, this is subject to change with the upgrade of the website. Any complaints, please e-mail contact@flyenvrio.com

4.7 Booking Flights
It is very easy to search and book flights. It will also be made even easier in the future. Firstly, log in to the Crew Centre. Under 'My Current Flights', click on 'Book More'. On this screen, browse the flights by whichever variable you would like including date, aircraft, destination and type of flight. Please note that charter flights will be displayed under their type (for example: 'Long Haul'). When you have found the flight you want, click the flight number. Then, in answer to the question above the route map, click 'Yes' (you do want to book it). Then, fly the flight. Once you have completed the flight, click the 'Complete' section next to the flight in the 'My Current Flights' section on the main screen panel. Enter the number of passengers and you are all finished.
4.8 Online and Offline Flying
All pilots are allowed to fly offline incase they do not always have an internet connection. Flyenvrio is registered on the IVAO network of which we encourage our pilots to fly on. If you are an IVAO member, you can join the VA on their VA System. Please use the following details when flying online:
Callsign: Envrio
IATA: FE
ICAO: ENV
FlightPlan RMK:
REG/GXXXX OPR/ENV
4.9 Downloads
At Flyenvrio, there are a number of aircraft, manuals, scenery, to download. All are for the sole purpose of expanding and to enhance your Flight Simulator experience. These downloads are for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 and Microsoft Flight Simulator X. Some are freeware (free-of-charge) and others payware. You can download these from the Crew Centre. All downloads are copyrighted to Flyenvrio and should not be used in any other way than intended.
4.10 Training Academy
As of yet, there is not a training academy at Flyenvrio specifically directed at flying an aircraft. If you would like any tips, feel free to e-mail a member of staff or visit the forum where you can find lots of helpful information. For tips regarding operations, there is a monthly session held by Giorgio Tresoldi, Flight Operations Manager. For more information on this, visit the forum, e-mail directly at training.academy@flyenvrio.com
4.11 Pilot Centre
The Crew Centre is what operations at Flyenvrio revolve around. It contains every link you will ever need including a message centre where you can send and receive messages from not only administrators, but fellow pilots too. There is also a screen shot gallery where you can upload your screen shots. The Crew Centre is located on the website when you log in. It can be used for many things and is soon to be expanded following the site upgrade.
4.12 Inactivity, Leaves and Resigning
Each Flyenvrio pilot is entitled to 1 month holiday a year of which they can take at any time. If you would like to take a holiday, please e-mail hr@flyenvrio.com with copy to ceo@flyenvrio.com entering the dates between your holidays which will be saved. If you wish to contact the Human Resources Manager directly, send an e-mail to hr@flyenvrio.com If you are inactive for a month, your account will be set to inactive. To re-activate your account you must send the Human Resources Dept. an e-mail so you can start flying again. If you don’t send an e-mail in the second month inactive your account will be deleted from the system. So, do not forget to place yourself on leave. If you would like to resign, we recommend that you send an e-mail to ceo@flyenvrio.com and discuss with the Human Resources Manager as to why you want to leave and perhaps come to some kind of arrangement. However, clearly this is optional.
